i have two colums that contain a date and time. I added a calculated column to show the difference in days hours, minutes, and seconds. My issues are (1) i need to exlude any weekend or holiday hours, (2) i need to be able to summerize the colmun as i am attepmting to find the average time it takes for an order to pick and ship.
