Bar chart - used like tally marks

I have a list of users, and through out the year they are tested.  Pass or Fail are the results each month.

I have used slicers to determine for 12 months, the total number of times each user has passed.  My data now looks like this

useridpass totalactivestatus
user111active
user211active
user311active
user411inactive
user510active
user610active
user710active
user810active
user910inactive
user1010active
user1110active
user1210active
user139active
user149active
user159active
user169active
user179inactive
user188active
user198active
user207active
user217active
user227active
user237active
user247active
user256active
user266active
user276active
user286active
user296active
user306inactive
user316inactive
user326inactive
user335active
user343active

My goal is to great a column bar chart to show by active status, axis categories would be 12 down to 1 for number of months in a year, and the bar for each would show 3 active for 11 times passed, 7 active for 10 times passed, 4 active for 9 times passed,,,,, and so on....

My total passed is a calculation, and currently i have a slicer for the year and testing day/month, and select those that i want to filter by.

My goal is to answer: how many users passed all 12 tests, who passed 11 tests, but compare them side by side.
