Average calculation using multiple variable

Hi,

I want to calculate Average score and avg risk score using period and ID using DAX,

 

I need help:

Yeah, since the description is about as clear as mud... I would also like to see anyone calculate it. I can see this post was placed here on Thursday. It's Monday. Which means nobody wants to decipher what the formulae mean. No wonder. I wouldn't do it, either.
