I have a simple excel table to show the calculations needed. I don´t know how to calculate a Average (green row) from a previous measure (% of HCP Met).
It´s a Quarter toDate or Year to Date Average and in this case for the next quarter (Qtr2) the value resets and the running total goes on computing the values.
Do you have a measure for this?

@rmeng , Try like
QTD = CALCULATE(AverageX(values('Date'[Month Year]),[% of KEMS]),DATESQTD(('Date'[Date])))
@rmeng ,with help from date table and time intelligence you can try
QTD = CALCULATE([% of KEMS],DATESQTD(('Date'[Date])))
YTD = CALCULATE([% of KEMS],DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))

Thanks for this it works for half of my problem, but (0,29+0,36)/2 should be 0,33, right?
