Average Based on Multiple Filters & for Matching Records

Hello DAX Wranglers,

Is there a way to calculate the average based on multiple filters and a column with the matching matching entries . All my data is on a single table. Esentially after applying the filters if there are records under both AVG of those values need to be calculated. . I have attached a Sample Data
