item status based off different values

Boss wants to see 1 list of "power swivels" and the status. This should not be that difficult but I'm struggling.

  • Power Swivels Available = total inventory available > 0
  • Power Swivels Out = rental stop date is blank
  • Assets on Work Orders = item last status contains "Work Order"

Issues when combining data:

  • returns last return date when power swivel shows out
  • returns most recent ticket even if rental is stopped

I want a meaure that returns:

AVAILABLE (available qty >0)

LAST RETURN DATE (ONLY if asset is available)

TOTAL USAGE X RATE and DT (ONLY if rental stop date is blank)

Is this not possible? If you have any helpful tips, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
