Anonymous data

I would like to have a table with the columns name and amount spent, but when I click on a button, the contents of the column name can be anonymous, something like:

Paul   1.000

John  1.500

Kate   1.800

to

Name 1   1.000

Name 2   1.500

Name 3   1.800
