Add a column from fact table to another fact table with inactive relationship

Hi professionals, 

I am trying to create a measure to add a column from Fact table to another Fact table inactive realtionship, but i did't get correct results, therefore i need your supports.

I normally use lookupvalue function to achieve that.  This function is quite simple to write and explanation is given in the link below:
