Active vs. Inactive and % of active over a time period

I could use some help with designing a chart that is a manual build in excel daily. Transparently, I am a sales operations leader in an organization that does not have a BI team focused on data design/modeling. This means that I am pulling SFDC reports into PowerBI and building out my own visuals. 

 

The visual ask is to show a combo chart that shows a stacked bar with Active and inactive customers and a line chart of % active. I am struggling creating this since I would be comparing a cumulative count of "activated" accounts vs. a given time frame of "Active" account. Below is the excel image.
