A different measure to find the average of Rent but have the same r

Hi All,

I have data like below. I use the measure :

IP Land AVG Price Rent Alter =

Var revenue = CALCULATE(TOTALQTD(SUMX('Industrial Park', 'Industrial Park'[LAND_Leaseable_Land_Area]*'Industrial Park'[LAND_AVG_Rent_Primary_Price]),'Calendar'[DATE]), 'Industrial Park'[LAND_AVG_Rent_Primary_Price] > 0)

Var leaseable = CALCULATE( TOTALQTD( SUm('Industrial Park'[LAND_Leaseable_Land_Area]),'Calendar'[DATE]), 'Industrial Park'[LAND_AVG_Rent_Primary_Price] > 0)

RETURN DIVIDE(revenue, leaseable)

IP Land AVG Price Rent Alter Last Value = LASTNONBLANKVALUE('Calendar'[DATE], [IP Land AVG Price Rent Alter])

But the data show the same result in row Total = 107$

I don't know why the Total have the same result even if the value of Quang Ninh Province is missing on measure IP Land AVG Price Rent Alter. Please help me
