Hello,
I have 2 datasets, an old one and a new one. I need to sum until the 31rd December the rows from the old one and from 1st January on, the rows from the new one. The problem is that the old one continue gathering data but it is wrong, so I need to do a condition:
IF(Date>"01/01/2021", sum the new dataset, sum the old dataset)
the problem is that the logical condition of if does not allow to put directly the master of dates (related with both datasets).
Any solution?? Thanks!!
Hi, @Anonymous
Please try the below.
newmeasure =
IF (
SELECTEDVALUE ( [datecolumnfromdatetable] ) >= DATE ( 2021, 1, 1 ),
SUM ( [newtablecolumn] ),
SUM ( [oldtablecolumn] )
)
Or, please share your sample pbix file's link here, then I can try to look into it to come up with a more accurate measure.
