custom visual filter

Hi all ! I have a problem with "custom visual" - "Filter". It works good in desctop version, but in Web version it works wrong - wrong colors and other problems with visualization. Can anybody help me ?  Or where should I write to solve the problrm

I'm not sure that understand the problem well. Could you please clarify which custom visual is affected?

Is it possible to share a report (.pbix) file to investigate the problem deeper?
