I am working on a table that needs to have a Web URL on a cell element. This report is in Power BI on the web not on the desktop app. When I create it with the same data source on the desktop app the Web URL works just fine the issue only presents itself in the web Power BI.

For our situation we need the report to be in the web Power BI and I don't want to spent two days rebuilding the report in the desktop app if there is a setting or some other field that I might be over looking that can fix this issue.

I solved the issue. It was with the data source. All rows needed an https:// value for the web Power BI to show the Web URL conditional formatting options.
