Unexpected result of "rowSubtotalsPosition" setting in json file

Hello guys:

         Recently I have been testing about editing the json file to set up the PBI theme. When I set up the default rowSubtotalsPosition to "Bottom", I got the unexpected result.  I've listed the json code I use below. Any comments and replies would be appreciated.
