Textual Search

I'm trying to do a simple thing, but it seems to be extremely complicated. I have a table and I would like to filter items based on a column containing text. I need a textual filter:

1. to display all items that contain a specific word
2. to display either one word or another (or)
3. to exclude words that I specify.

I need these combinations of filters to perform precise searches, considering that there are longer textual descriptions. I need to incorporate this into a report so that I can manually enter words into each of the mentioned filters as needed. Thank you in advance!

your "simple thing"  is far beyond the capabilities of Power BI.
