Tableau formatting for a line chart, can it be re-created in PBI? Picture included.

As I was browsing for some visual inspiration, I came across a line chart in Tableau in which all lines are greyed out except for the line that an individual selects (seen below). Is there a way to re-create this in PowerBI?
