Struggling to create a summary of referral sources and the people referred by those sources

Hi everyone

I'm hoping someone can assist me. I'm relatively new to Power Bi, and I'm struggle to get the result I want.

Essentially, I have an Excel spreadsheet with two columns. The first column contains the name of a referral source and the second column contains the name of the person who was referred by the referral source. I've inserted an example below:

GoogleMr A
GoogleMr B
GoogleMr C
Google AdsMr D
Google OrganicMr E
Google OrganicMr F
Facebook AdsMr G
Facebook AdsMr H
Joe SoapMr I
Joe SoapMr J

I'd like to achieve two things:

1. A list of the number of times a referral source appears (so how many referrals they made).

2. A list of the distinct referral source, and the person or persons referred by them

So for 2:

GoogleMr A
 Mr B
 Mr C
Google AdsMr D
Google OrganicMr E
 Mr F
Facebook AdsMr G
 Mr H
Joe SoapMr I
 Mr J

I have the first one but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to achieve the second.

Any advice?

Thank you!
