We use SpiceWorks "Cloud Help Desk" for IT Ticketing system. I am trying to use PowerBi to create a custom Report for "Outages" so we can document our outages effectively. I have SpiceWorks connected to PowerBi and can pull the data "refresh" it connected to the Cloud Help Desk.
We have an Attribute "Outage (Downtime)" that when we select this, we need this custom report to look for.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
