Entering Variance Analysis commentary and populating with a table or matrix

Hello, looking to create a variance analysis commentary field similart to attached where one would enter the comments in one location and save them and then it would populate into the matrix or table filed next to the variance amount.  any ideas? thanks!

There is no good way to do that.  The closest you can get is 

- use a PowerApps visual to capture user input and write it to the data source

- access your data source in direct query mode so you can display the captured data in the UI  again

- have PowerApps Premium licenses for all users
