Spherical coordinates

Hello, is there a custom (map) visual wich allows me to place objects using spherical coordinates (RA, Dec) around the globe? Around the planet Earth, if I want to visualize stars or debris on orbit? Can be the Globe map customized, somehow?

Also, you can modify the visual, change a GUID, build the visual and import it into a report.
