Create a reference table with the time ranges in the expected order

Add an index column 

Link the reference table as a dimension into your data model

Use RELATED to pull the index column into your fact table

Sort the x-axis column by the pulled in field.

 

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue.
