Show routes on visual

hi guys,

i am calculating the ontime delivery between cities. i would like to show this routes on map and a colour that shows the status of the ontime delivery. for example if one route is red it means that its ontime delivery status is in danger.

do you have any opinion how to do this or is there any custom visuals for it?
