Report and dashboard not updating

I have set up scheduled refresh for my dataset which connects to sharepoint. The dataset refreshes perfectly. However, even after auto refresh or manual refresh of the dataset, I am facing with two issues:

1) The report and dashboard built from that dataset doesn't automatically update. I have to update it manually which kind of defeats the purpose of setting up auto refresh.

2) After updating the report and dashboard manually, it shows the tiles with updated value from the owner's account. However, other people that I've shared the dashboard with don't see dashboard with the updated value.
