Refreshing the graph

Hi,

I am working on a pbiviz package and making bubble chart. I have completed the coding part in d3, while testing in Power BI service I found that the graph has to be refreshed after each instance (e.g. adding an additional column or resizing the graph). So I would like to know whether refreshing of the graph should be taken care in the code itself or it will happen once I use the packaged version since I am not using the packaged version and using it through pbiviz start command to test.

If not how should I make refresh the graph after each instance. Any help would be appreciated.
