Radar Chart updates required

Hi all,

I've got some updates that are required for this chart:

1. Radar range labels - so people can see what values they are looking at rather than a pretty picture
2. Specify the Radar Range in properties - if my max range is 4 I'd like to say so rather than letting the data decide and the min range may not always be zero
3. Reverse order option for the Radar Range - in some cases the lowest value equals the best value

These options are available on the Excel radar chart.

Could these please be added to the development?

What is the latest ETA? Especially the data labels are need to have. Nice to have are the tooltips for me.
