I am having a problem when adding a group of months in a visual.
My measure is simply DISTINCTCOUNT, but I have values that are repeated, for example, in January and September, but in the visual it is not considering it for summing or it only considers it as 1 unit, not 2.
The strange thing is that when the data is exported to an excel the total is correct.
In this case the total should be 20,797 units, but in the visual it appears as 20,792 units because 5 are repeated.
I attach the example of data (modified due to protection) and the screen print of the visual giving the total sum.
Even stranger is that when I do the count month by month it does give the correct total of 20,797.
Perhaps it could be some configuration in the report visual?
Thank you for the help.
