Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1 No Longer Mapping Properly

I have a Power KPI matrix file that I've been working on since 12/16/19. I have 16 metrics in it, but I can't get 3 of them to show up via the mapping. Today I tried creating a brand new .pbix file as a test and those metrics came in as expected. 

Another issue I've had is that the KPI Indicator colors don't stay changed when you make a change. I select a new color, and I watch as it changes back in a second or two. 

Ideas? Are these known bugs? If I make a change to the matrix, such as adding more metrics, do I have to start all over? Could it be related to the relationships even though I've got them set just like the other tables in my model?
