Power BI Custom Visual

Hi,

I'm interested in learning whether it's possible to create the visual depicted below in Power BI. Each bubble represents a project's status at a specific stage. When a particular stage, such as 'Survey,' is clicked, I'd like it to expand and display the status of the sub-stages within that stage. Could you kindly inform me if this can be accomplished using either existing Power BI visuals or by utilizing a custom visual? Do i need experience with D3.js necessary to achieve this?

I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Thank you!
