Possibility of recreating this visual in Power BI (Details in body)

My organization is planning to switch to Power BI eventually for our business intelligence needs, but there are some things we still have not figured out which has left us using our old program.

 

Here is what our current report format looks like

I would like to be able to drill down on the Gross Sales and KPI Margin areas, but those need to be measures in my report. While creating pivot tables (matrix tables) I haven't found a way to put measures in the rows or discovered whether it is even possible to drill down on rows. The "Show on Rows" option in the format section of the visualization pane kind of does what I need, but it shows the measures as totals (which I do not want)
