Percentage difference table calculation

I have this visualization in Tableau where you can automatically calculate a percentage difference in the last column referenced to the previous column. What it does is that having sorted the previous column in ascending direction it calculates the percentage difference of each value always with respect to the first one. In power bi there is no option to do this calculation automatically and that is why I do not know how to do it.
