Network Navigator visualization questions

Hi,

I am planning to present a correlation map of Omics data using the Network Navigator Chart.

1. I would like to better understand how the layout is calculated.

The description I found is not clear to me:

Link Distance, Link Strength, Gravity, and Charge: These are all Force-Directed Layout parameters you can tune to change the way the layout is calculated.

2.  How do the filters work ?

Thanks

Eran

Hi Eran,

The visual has public repository https://github.com/Microsoft/PowerBI-visuals-NetworkNavigator

If you want to analyze how exactly filtration and options work you can use the repo.
