More Customizable Map tool

We have been using the ArcGIS Map Visual, but there are two features that seem to be missing for our uses:

1. Hour level granuality over a month (yes, we can get day level timeline for 30 days), but it seems to only  give 4 days when one uses an hour table instead of a day table.

2. We want line vectors between nodes, not just node bubble features.

Anyway, Is their a non-free version of a map tool that can do this? 

Altenativly, is there a Leaflet, MapBox, or other common web map tool which have some customization features?
