Modifying chart filtering behavior

Hi

When one clicks on one of the bars in the bar graph, it dims other bars in the chart and highlights the selection. How can we modify this so that once the user clicks that particular bar on the bar chart, only that bar chart remains present. I am aware that we can use 'Edit Interactions' to enable filtering instead of  highlighting but this applies to other visuals. How can i achieve this behavior within the primary chart itself.

Go to the options, change default behavior from "Cross Highlighting"  to "Cross Filtering".

Be prepared to switch it back as you will likely find that "Coss Filtering"  is not that useful.
