How to create a table with dynamic columns

Hello, everyone!

I´d like to create a table with dynamics columns, something like the imagine blow, where:

- Columns Filial, Motorista and Transp. are text type and are fixed columns; 

- Columns LW-4 to LW-1 represent weeks, these weeks will vary according to the date, therefore they are dynamic columns;

- The average column (média) should be the average value between LW-4 to LW-1.

Has anyone ever done something like it?
