How to Conditional Format Bar Graph With multiple bars Or any achievable solution

Hi I want my bar graph to show like this. If this year % is greater than the last year then i want the bar to be green and red for vice versa. Is it achievable if not is there any other way to present it like that. My client want the report in pdf so I must show as much data as possible in data label. You can use conditional formatting for your columns.

I would love to do that. But my client want to see the last year value also and they want to print the report after publishing so I need to show the variance in the data label. Like if the Ly sales % is 5% and This year 7% then I need to show 7%(+2%) like this in current year data label or I can show it as a icon is there any possible solution to make this happen.

Thank you very much
