Infographic displaying percentages as 1 and 0

When I initially created the infographic months ago, it displayed percentages inside of the visual. Now, it is only showing 0 and 1. When I hover over the image, the percentages are there. I cannot figure out why it is displaying 0 and 1. Even when I edit and change the decimal places options, the figures do not display as a percentage. I don't know what happened because initially there was a percentage inside of the visual. Can someone please help me?

The percentages are displaying correctly now. May have been a glitch with the software. But thanks for your willingness to help!!
