Help with heat map-style visual

Hi everyone, 


does anyone know how to achieve this type of visual in Power BI? I haven't had any luck trying with the heat map visuals.

Happy to help if you could provide a .pbix file with data that is structured similar to what you're trying to visualize. At first glance this appears to be achievable with the out-of-the box matrix visual. You could make it more reactive layout-wise if you use Deneb.
