Help Needed: How to add another stack column from a different data source/ table

Hi, Everyone.

I am trying to add an additional stack column on the existing data from a different table. Currently I created a pipeline from Sept. 2019 to Present. Since fiscal year is over, I am trying to add another stack column for 2021 pipeline from a different table. I tried to append the 2021 pipeline table to the existing table but it did not show the "2021 Projected Pipeline", instead created another stack column for each month of 2021.

Is it right to append the data or create a different table? and connect a relationship?

My goal is:

* To show the existing data from 2019 to 2020 by month and add the 2021 Projected Pipeline.

* To show 2021 Projected Pipeline with different legend and data color.

Here are some illustrations:

Badly needed help as I am stuck on this for 2 days in a row.

Thank you so much.
