Help! How to identify reps who have sold in 2022 and 2023

Hello, I want to identify in a column if a rep is a "Continuing Producer" or not. A "Continuing Producer" is a rep who has sold both in 2022 and 2023. I do not care about any other years. I have tried some IF and COUNTA formulas, but I cannot figure it out. I attached some sample data. Thank you in advance!!!
