Having issues with custom map

I am having a couple of issues using custom maps, I was able to load in the map into power BI via JSON mapshaper but was having an issue where the location names for certain area's aren't picking up in from the dataset. I think the issue is that the names don't match up in mapshaper due to the encoding issues, some areas have dashes between the names while the ones that didn't have dashes loaded ok

I am also having the issue of it is trying to go to one point

Looks more like missing data points in your polygons that seem to default to Lat 0 and Lon 0
