Formatting Date Slicer Dynamically

Hello everyone,

I look for a solution that I can provide in my dasboard for being able to view today's date in the date slicer.

For instance, in the above screenshot, this shows the existing timeline which I use for filtering whole visuals in the dashboard. However, I would like to view first today's date in the slicer as it is shown below, and expand the slicer afterwards based on my requirements.

Therefore, is there any way to adjust that slicer based on this kind of dynamical condition in Power BI?

Instead of slicers use the filter pane with relative date filters.
