I am developing a Deneb visualization in Power BI, which incorporates an arch as its primary element. To ensure the visualization resizes dynamically when the container changes, I added coefficients to recalculate its dimensions. Unfortunately, I couldn't achieve this using the standard settings.
Now, when resizing the visualization, Power BI freezes.
I’ve attached the report file for reference:

It's already a known issue with a workaround. I've added details to your reported issue about how you can resolve it for now. Thanks for noticing and for reporting it, though.
Many thanks,
Daniel

What do you mean by resizing? Are you expecting to be able to manipulate the size of the visual? Or just the chart inside the visual canvas?
It freezes when I change the size of a visual manually (just dragging the mouse) in Power BI Desktop.
To reproduce the problem, open the report, highlight the visualization, and quickly move it around the corner. Your Power BI will freeze.
