Dynamic Frequency Distribution Bins With Filter

Hello! I am hoping to find someone who can help with a certain approach to dynamic binning.  I have a frequency distribution in PowerBI comprised of employees and their respective salaries.  I have the distrubution set so that it can filter it based on specific roles(ie. teacher, secretary, principle etc). The issue I am having is that I need to have a constant 5 bins (Below Average to Above average) for each role but to have the bin thresholds vary based on salary average for each role. For example, the "Below Average" threshold for a secretary may be 35,000-40,000 but the the low salary range for a principle in a state may range from 85,000-90,000. If anyone know how to go about this that would be a huge help!
