Difference in behaviour of Power BI service and Power BI desktop

Hi,

I am facing text overlapping in power bi online but not in power bi desktop when I am decreasing the canvass size , for the same data. Can you people provide a reason regarding this issue?

Looks like this issue depends on the data-set that is used.

Are you able to reproduce this issue in Power BI Desktop and Power BI service if you use the same data-set?
