Deneb - Distribution Heat map Template?

I am looking to create something like the below visual in Power BI.

 I am guessing this desired outcome probably best suited for Deneb but happy to be pointed in any other directions?

Hello, I don't know about other solutions but Kerry Kolosko has a very nice template for a heatmap with DENEB which I did take as a basis in one of my reports:  Heatmap with Bars - EXPLORATIONS IN DATA STORYTELLING WITH POWER BI (kerrykolosko.com)
