Modified Stacked Column Chart

Hi All,

Is there a stacked column chart visual, that will only add the legend on a specific column that we selected, while the other will stay normal?

Below is how I envision it. "Axis X" will only have the Legend colors... or maybe a DAX command might be able to do it?
