Customized column chart

Hi Everypne, I am looking for implementing below chart in Power bi, my target is 145, all values greater than 145, I want to show at one side in green color and other values less than 145,  I want to show in red color at opposite side, the all values are positive, is it possible in Power BI?

Hi @Anonymous

You can achieve by creating a measure:

AdjustedValue =
IF(
    SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Data]) >= 145,
    SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Data]),
    SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Data]) * -1
)

And add conditional formatting
