Custom Visual help

Hi Experts,

I am trying to visualize a metrics where revenue is on X - axis , sales on Y axis using scatterplot chart

i need to add margin also as another y axis, see below my sample graph i created this in power BI

is there anyway i can add it or is it possible have someone created custom visual which i can use to set this up?

if not, is there any better visual i can use to showcase this metrics?
