i have two dax measures created sales and budget values in a matrix table now i have created the achievement percentage using the new visual calculation but the decimals in the result is not removing using round neither measuretools is appearing for this visual calculation created like the dax calculation. Not able to remove decimal from visual calculation

If you don't want decimals in the result. You can follow the below steps.
Step -1:
For exampl here I'm calculating profit percentage by using visula level calculations as shown in below image.
Step 2: Select the table chart, go to format settings-> Data format-> Choose Profit percentage calculation (In your case you can select your visula level calculation) -> Format Settings->Data type (Decimal number)->Format (Percentage) ->Trun on percentage format.

Afte applying this steps you will get your percentage with out decimals. pls have a look on below image.
