Custom Table or Matrix

Hello my friends.

I'm in need of help imagining how to create a table or matrix like this in power bi. I have a fact table with the year last, current year values, and the dimensions tables with the families. The values produced and Billed are columns with values. Is it possible to produce a table or matrix that looks like this? Since the second column year last (2020) would have the ability to filter previous years and in the Line U$ the capcity of putting total and average between parentheses.

If it's not possible, I'll try to find other method. I appreciate your time and thank you.

It is possible to achieve this with a custom matrix design but be prepared for a lot of work

Shouldn't row 13 say "Total Produced"?
